Invisalign braces are an innovative way of straightening your teeth. The near invisible aligners fit comfortably over your teeth, gently guiding them into their new position. Treatment time varies dependent largely on the severity of the initial problem, but generally can run from three to four months up to two years. The series of aligners are entirely see- through, which makes them almost invisible. They are very easy to live with because they allow for normal function and speech. The aligners, which gradually move your teeth into better positions, are worn all the time except when eating and cleaning.

Root canal treatments (Endodontics) are relatively comfortable and often painless as the tooth is anaesthetised before treatment.
During a standard Root Canal Treatment, a tooth is gently opened up by the dentist and the inner soft tissues which contain nerve tissue and a blood supply (the pulp) are carefully removed. The dental pulp often extends from the crown to the tips of the root or roots. The pulp can be infected or inflamed due to either deep decay or an extensive restoration that involves the pulp. Signs of pulp damage may include pain, prolonged sensitivity to heat or cold, discoloration of the tooth, swelling, and tenderness of the overlying gums or a bad taste in the mouth. On occasion, there may be no symptoms at all. If pulp inflammation or infection is left untreated, it can eventually cause pain, swelling and loss of the supporting bone.
