I was a little nervous about my appointment, but I honestly had no need to worry. Sundip Patel and his assistants were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were so kind, reassuring and patient, which really helped to put me at ease. I felt completely comfortable and well looked after throughout my treatment. I can’t thank them enough for making what I thought would be a very stressful experience so much easier. I would highly this practice and the amazing team! ❤️

I would just like to give a huge shout out to Alex and her dental nurse and receptionist… I was treated with the greatest of respect and kindness by all of them ! I was pretty anxious to say the least but they all went over and above to give me the best possible experience. Professional, brilliant communicators, friendly and great to chat which put this fear of dentists since school days pensioner at ease. All treatment options explained and costed; decisions taken according to my timescale; no pressure. E-mails and phone calls happened as promised. Discussed wine, holiday destinations, cars and music...not bad for three visits

I was not registered at this dentist but go regularly to take my elderly mother. I also looked at the reviews before ringing them with a broken tooth. They managed to get me in the day after. Dentist was lovely and caring after explaining I was a nervous patient having had a bad experience previously. He was very sympathetic. The tooth had to be removed but he was very caring as was the assistant. He also explained the other options available and all the prices. I didn’t feel pressured to have more expensive work done which I have experienced in the past. I have another appointment to check the rest of my teeth in the next couple of weeks and which I’m no longer anxious about. Well done. Good work

I have severe dentophobia. I went to see Nikki who really put my nerves at ease & put measures in place to ensure my visits were anxiety free. Akash is such a lovely man, who really worked with me to achieve my desired outcome. I am delighted with my teeth & I highly recommend TG dental practise as they’ve really been amazing throughout. I cannot thank you enough for my new, beautiful smile!

What a friendly place, thank you for helping to ease my nerves about dentists! I had 2 fillings and I asked for no anaesthetic and the Dentist Akash was very accommodating, we agreed that I would immediately let him know of any pain and on his part it made it quick with the drilling! Has a little bit of sensitivity with the 2nd tooth but he allowed me little breaks between drilling and was very supportive as was his assistant. Thank you all so much for helping me get through the experience and feel good at the end of it, with no wearing off of anaesthetic/numb mouth and no need for painkillers after either!! The fillings are smooth too, Akash did an excellent job.

Very welcoming friendly and efficient staff. The treatment coordinator really took time to explain things and the dentist and nurse were very gentle and kind with my elderly mum. Excellent facilities as well, spotlessly clean and modern environment, ample parking. Fantastic, would highly recommend.

I recently attended my first appointment at TG’s dental suite in Ashby, and was extremely impressed with the level of service and care shown, a complete opposite to my previous Dental Practice. James the dentist acknowledged me as being a nervous patient and was absolutely outstanding at putting me at ease, explaining the findings and potential treatments going forward. First class. I then had this information confirmed by Haze on reception who again was so caring and considerate and explained this really well with costing options really clear and on display. I would highly recommend this practice based on my experience! 👏👏👏

I visited TG’s Dental Suite to make enquiries and immediately was made to feel very welcome. I signed up for an initial consultation/ assessment. I attended for my appointment three days later and again was warmly welcomed. The Dentist was very friendly. I formed him of my anxiety being there. He was very emphatic and sensitive to me needs. I was instantly reassured. He referred me to see the Care coordinator and eventually to have an appointment with the Hygienist My appointment with The Care coordinator went very well. She was also friendly welcoming and answered all my queries with professionalism and courtesy The environment at TG’s puts you at ease I shared my concerns and when I saw the Hygienist I received excellent care. She was so understanding and helped alleviate my fears I signed up as a member

I recently visited TG's Dental Suite for a Dental check up. I was really impressed with the friendliness & professionalism of the team especially Nikki. I first met her when I was looking for a dentist. She was very welcoming, explaining the treatments offered and the different affordable plans. She highlighted that they had a special offer for new patients and would email when it was available, which she did. Overall I had an excellent experience with all the friendly team members and would definitely recommend them. I was also impressed by the ambience of the premises, which was very serene & calming. Having joined recently, I have been wowed by just how friendly and reassuring everyone is. As a nervous patient I could not think of anywhere better to have my dental experiences. Mayur was brilliant, he reassured me the entire way through the procedure, ensuring I was ok at every point. I feel very lucky to have been recommend TG’s by a friend and I can see why. It’s not just about having a great dentist, having an experienced, friendly and warm Treatment Coordinator to talk to when joining and booking the treatment, who explained everything to me clearly and with reassurance, even providing a fact sheet for me to read up ahead of the procedure, Lee-Ann is very much part of what makes the whole experience feel a like professional, warm, and human approach.

First visit to TG’s and very impressed with staff from welcome at Reception and treatment from both Alex and Felicity. So knowledgeable, calm and reassuring. Have booked my next routine check appointment without hesitation. Thank you all.

Excellent experience from start to finish for my partner. Very professional but also very friendly. Everything explained prior to, during and after treatment. Visited various other dentists prior to decision-making but found TG'S to be the best suited and was not disappointed. Akash was fantastic throughout as was Nikki ( and everyone else to be honest ) would definitely recommend to anyone. Great location also and easy free parking. Interior of practice is very modern and calming. Great work guys and girls.

I have suffered from a stroke so therefore my mobility isnt the best but the receptionist opened the door for me and provided a cushion so it was easier to stand up from the chair. Then when we saw the dentist he was very knowledgable and explained everything and even processed a partial refund as we didn't require everything in the appointment. He then also was very honest in referring us elsewhere for the same price range due to my specific needs. Amazing service, thank you.

Great team and welcoming. Dr Ria is so patient, explains things well so you feel comfortable about any procedures. Nikki is great at putting you at ease too and checking in with you. Via email and phone. As a person with ADHD having a good dental appointment experience has been essential to keep me motivated to look after my teeth, and less anxious. Thank you TG's.

Had to be squeezed in for an unscheduled appointment because of a problem today. The receptionists couldn't have been nicer. I was offered a time, on the day, and was seen promptly. The dentist I saw was absolutely brilliant; professional, efficient and reassuring. Cannot recommend the place highly enough. So good to know you're covered for emergencies... Thanks to all the staff.

We have been attending T&G’s and this practice for more than 25 years. It’s a lovely friendly atmosphere and the staff are really welcoming. Visiting the dentist is never stressful and there’s always a pleasant welcoming atmosphere.

My wife made her first time visit to TG’s last week. She is a very nervous dental patient but was put at ease as soon as she met and talked to Jade and her nurse. They were able to calm her down and gently talked to her about what was needed and how they would do it. She says it is the first time she has met a dentist who she feels she can trust and she will approach her future treatment with more confidence now.

Really professional and friendly from the lovely receptionist to dentist (who I've been to for 35 years). He's very thorough and explains things well. Gentle with procedures. The hygienist did a good job today. Very nice touch and both dental nurses were quietly efficient and caring. Very happy with the care.

I am a retired Dental Surgeon . I obviously have a vast knowledge of Dentistry. I have tried many practices in Ashby and further afield. I have finally found a practice which I will stay with and can fully recommend to anyone wishing to find a good practice. I have been undergoing very complex dental treatment performed by Alex and Sundip over the past year. I am very impressed with the result. All the staff are brilliant. It is a pleasure to go there. I have recommended the practice to family and friends. The ones that have had treatment have all been totally satisfied and thanked me for recommending them to go to TG’s. What a terrific dentist’s office. They make you feel welcome and relaxed. All the staff are excellent. Everyone is smiling and look genuinely happy to work there. I feel like I get a very thorough and thoughtful dentist check up and cleaning while actually enjoying the overall experience. I can’t rate this place highly enough!

I have always received good service from the staff at TGs. They are polite and helpful. I like the fact that my dentist does his best to preserve my teeth for as long as possible as I've grown older.

As a person who is a bit scared of the dentist I have never felt that way with Matthew. He is so calm and his voice seems to put me at ease immediately. Thanks to him and all of the staff for your care during visits.

I recently had 2 visits within the same week, 1 for a new patient consultation, and the other for a hygienist appointment. I was seen by Noman and Harley on both appointments and had a really positive experience! Noman was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease, as I hadn’t visited the dentist in a while and was quite nervous! You can tell he is very passionate about his job and cares for his patients! All the staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning in 6 months time, and 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care. My first appointment and I can only say it was just amazing . From the minute I walked in I was made so welcome . The dentist was brilliant he was so friendly and explained so much . I even got to see my X-rays . So impressed with this practice I arrived a new patient but left like I had been with the team for years .
