Membership & Pricing

Membership at TG's Dental Suite covers your examinations, hygiene visits and X-rays, plus 20% off most other treatment, across three adult tiers and three children's age bands. Pricing is transparent: every plan's monthly cost is published, and so is every treatment on our price list. Children under six go free when a parent or sibling holds a membership.

Adult membership plans

Three tiers: Prevention and Maintenance change how often we see you for a check-up, and Maintenance Plus keeps that same recall but adds extra hygienist visits on top. Pricing is transparent: the monthly figure on each plan is the published price, the same one our full price list works from.

Every adult plan includes

20% discount on all dental treatments

  • Regular dental examination
  • Regular dental hygiene appointment
  • All necessary small X-rays
  • Priority access to an on-call dentist
  • Regular oral cancer health screen
  • Preferred appointment times
  • Worldwide Dental Trauma and Emergency Callout Assistance

Ask the team which plan suits you before you join, since most patients choose the one that matches how often they visit.

Children’s membership plans

Children’s plans are banded by age, from birth to fifteen, so a child moves up as they grow. Children under six go free when a parent or sibling holds a membership plan.

Every children’s plan includes

  • Two dental health examinations a year
  • All general dentistry with the dentist, including scale and polish, fillings and extractions, when necessary
  • Choice of appointment times, where possible
  • 50% discount on orthodontic extractions
  • Priority bookings in the event of a dental emergency
  • Access to a 24-hour dental emergency helpline, 365 days a year
  • Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme

Dental health examinations are provided once the required consecutive monthly payments have been received.

A child must be dentally fit to join a plan. Your dentist will confirm this at their check-up — if treatment is needed first, for example fillings, that's completed before your child joins.

Paying for treatment

Membership questions

What does “from” mean on a price?

It is the starting price for that treatment. What you pay depends on your own teeth and what the treatment involves, so prices may vary depending on your individual smile goals — and full costs are always given before any treatment starts. Member prices shown are 20% off the standard price.

What's included in an adult membership plan?

Every adult plan includes a regular examination, regular hygiene appointment, necessary small X-rays, priority access to an on-call dentist, and 20% off all other dental treatments. The three tiers differ in recall interval and monthly price: Prevention and Maintenance see you for exams every 9 or 6 months. Maintenance Plus keeps the same 6-month exam recall but adds extra hygienist visits, every 3 months.

How do I join a membership plan?

Membership starts with a check-up. Book an examination and your dentist will recommend the plan that suits you.

Is there a joining fee?

Yes — a one-off joining fee applies when you sign up: £9.50 at our Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Rugby practices, and £10 at Earls Barton, Higham Ferrers and Scraptoft.

How do I pay for my membership plan?

By Direct Debit, collected monthly.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, at any time — there is no minimum term. Payments already made are not refunded.

Do these prices apply to existing members?

The prices shown are for new members joining from 1 October 2026. If you already hold a membership plan, you may be on an earlier price.

Are children's memberships different from adult plans?

Yes. Children’s plans are banded by age rather than by recall interval: two dental health examinations a year, all general dentistry with the dentist when necessary, 50% off orthodontic extractions, priority emergency bookings and a 24-hour emergency helpline. Every children’s plan also gives eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme. Children under 6 go free when a parent or sibling holds a membership plan.

Do I get the treatment discount if I'm not on a plan?

The 20% member discount applies to plan holders. Without a plan, treatment is priced from the same published list, at the standard rate.

Can I pay for treatment without joining a membership plan?

Yes. Every price on our list is available pay-as-you-go at the standard rate, whether or not you hold a membership plan.
