Treatment Care Coordinator
Nikki has been a valued member of the practice for almost thirty years, gaining a wealth of experience and numerous qualifications along the way. Throughout her career, she has continually grown from strength to strength, always investing in her own professional development.
Over the years, Nikki has held several key roles within the practice, including Lead for Decontamination and Infection Control, Head Nurse, and Implant Nurse. She brings extensive experience in supporting Oral Surgery and Dental Implant services, contributing greatly to the smooth running of our clinical teams.
Today, Nikki is our dedicated Treatment Care Coordinator at TG’s Scraptoft, providing patients with invaluable support throughout their dental journey. She guides patients from initial enquiry to completion of treatment, clearly explaining options, costs, and all the information they need to feel confident and informed.
Nikki is especially passionate about supporting patients and those with more complex needs, offering reassurance, compassion, and a friendly face at every step. Her commitment to exceptional patient care makes her an integral part of the TG’s experience.
Been going here forever and despite living over half an hour away, wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team are super friendly and put you at ease if you feel anxious. If you need to be seen in more urgently, they always fit your needs and squeeze you in. Been here for orthodontists, hygienists and dentists and would highly recommend.
