Sundip is the Principal Dentist of TG’s Dental Suite, based at our Ashby-de-la-Zouch practice. We use the Nobel Biocare implant system at all five of our practices.
All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth on four implants, with a fixed bridge fitted after a healing period. It suits patients who wear dentures or are close to losing several teeth. Suitability is confirmed at a consultation.
All-on-4 replaces a full arch of failing or missing teeth using just four strategically placed implants, supporting a fixed bridge rather than individual crowns. It suits patients who wear dentures or are close to losing most or all of their teeth in an arch, confirmed suitable at consultation.
We assess your jawbone with 3D imaging and surgical planning software to place your four implants where the bone is strongest.
For suitable patients, all four implants are placed in a single appointment — sometimes giving you a whole new smile within a few hours — without the bone grafting or other complex surgery individual implants can need.
After three to six months of healing, a bespoke bridge is made in a dental laboratory and fitted onto your implants — fitting the final bridge doesn’t need further anaesthetic, so it’s no more needles at this stage. The work is covered by our three-year guarantee (terms available in practice).

All-on-4 uses just four implants to support a full arch of replacement teeth, rather than one implant per missing tooth, and it can often be completed in a single appointment instead of several over months.
Most patients report minimal discomfort. Local anaesthetic numbs the area, and some patients also choose sedation to help them relax during the appointment.
The four implants are typically placed in one visit; after three to six months of healing, a bespoke bridge is made in a laboratory and fitted onto the implants.
Not everyone. Smokers and patients with certain medical conditions may not be suitable, and you need sufficient bone density. Our dentists assess this at consultation.
