Portuguese born Dr Ana Simoes graduated in Dentistry in Coimbra, Portugal in 2004. She then moved into the UK, where has been working for over 15 years. She worked for a number of years in the North (near Manchester), where she had the opportunity of attending several restorative courses.
Tiago qualified from Portugal in 2004 and came to England a year later. Having worked in Lancashire, Merseyside and Buckinghamshire, he finally found his home in Northamptonshire and joined the TG’s team in 2011. He loves dentistry and particularly enjoys working with people and being able to help patients.
Jade qualified as a dentist from The University of Sheffield in 2014. She has a range of experience in various aspects of dentistry with a particular interest in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry, which has encouraged her to further develop my knowledge and skill base with postgraduate courses.
Hayley qualified from The University of Manchester in 2009. Since then, she spent 2 years working as an Associate in the North West before moving down to the East Midlands in 2011.
Mayur graduated as a Dentist from the University of Leeds in 2018. His experience involves working as a Dentist in the East Midlands and also undertaking the demanding post of a Senior House Officer in the Oral and Maxillofacial Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital.
Bhavik graduated from Leeds with Merit. He has completed foundation training in Sheffield and a year of post graduate training in oral surgery, oral medicine and community dentistry at Cardiff Dental Hospital. Following his hospital placement he has worked in practice around Leicestershire for a number of years.
Dhru qualified from the University of Leeds in 2014 and has been with the TGs team ever since. He is committed to improving all aspects of his Dentistry which has led him to completing an Oral Surgery course in Sheffield, a postgraduate Restorative Course in Leeds
James qualified from the Birmingham School of Dentistry, winning the Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry Prize. He loves to integrate the latest technology to simplify treatments for his patients, providing minimally invasive restorative and aesthetic treatment – and like all our clinicians, he keeps up to date with courses from leading experts.
Matthew Qualified as a Dental Surgeon B.D.S from the University of Bristol, England and has been working at TG’s since 2012. Matthew enjoys all aspects of dentistry and believes in providing holistic care for all his patients
Caroline qualified as a Dental Surgeon B.D.S, Sheffield University in 1991. Caroline has predominantly worked as a private dentist since 1998. Her work has taken her to Canada, the Lake District and Scotland before settling in Earls Barton.
Aleks graduated from Medical University in Zabrze, Poland in 2006. In 2008, Aleks relocated to the UK and started work in a practice based in Hinckley. Aleks joined the TG’s team in 2019 where she has been working since.
Tom qualified as a dentist from the University of Leeds in 2015. Tom subsequently spent the years of his career in London where he attended multiple post-graduate courses in various aspects of dentistry with a particular interest in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry.
Raluca qualified as a dentist in Iasi, Romania at University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Gr. T. Popa”. She is an experienced dental surgeon practicing general dentistry with special interest in Restorative, endodontics and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, creating beautiful smiles using a conservative approach.
Meet our newest team member, Akash! He obtained his dentistry degree in the beautiful city of Madrid in 2021. Akash's true passion lies in restorative dentistry, with a keen focus on crown preparations and endodontic treatments.
Emily qualified from the University of Essex in 2018 and has been a member of the TGs team since. Emily started off in dentistry in 2012 as a dental nurse before continuing with her study’s at University to become a Dental Hygienist.
Aggie is dual-qualified in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy, gaining her qualification at The University of Sheffield. Prior to that, Aggie started her dental career as a dental nurse in 2013. Aggie is passionate for educating her patients about the maintenance of good oral health.
Helen has worked within a dental practice since 1997 after qualifying from Birmingham Dental Hospital. Helen has formed good relationships with patients over those years working with the patients to achieve and maintain a high standard of oral health, through periodontal treatment and motivation.
Bhavisha qualified at Birmingham University in July 2018 and has spend time working as a dental hygienist and dental therapist.
Dawn has been in Dentistry since 1998 and has worked at TG’s since 2003. She has progressed from Dental Nurse to Deputy manager and is now currently Practice Manager at our Higham Ferrers site and Group Manager for all 4 sites.
Karen has been part of the team since June 1996 and started working at the practice as a qualified Dental Nurse. Karen has been Practice Manger for the last 12 years and oversees the smooth running of the practice.
Rachel has been in Dentistry since 2011 and working with us at TG’s since April 2014 and has progressed from a qualified Dental Nurse to Practice Manager and Group Compliance Manager.
Lydia has been in dentistry for almost 10 years after successfully completing the National Exam for Dental Nurses. Lydia joined the TGs team early 2019 and has recently taken over as manager. Lydia wants to give patients the best experience and service as possible.
Loretta Started at TG’s 2004. She has gained extra qualifications in her 16 years in Dentistry. She is head nurse at TG’s Dental Suite, Higham Ferrers. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, socialising and shopping.
Nikki has been with the practice for over twenty years, having qualified with the NEBDN National Certificate back in 1998. Since then, Nikki has grown from strength to strength and been actively involved in her own professional development.
Devki has been a dental nurse since 2013 and has an NVQ level 3 in dental nursing. Devki joined the practice in March 2018 and enjoys the cosmetic aspects of dentistry and looks forward to learning more about Implants and assisting the dentist in the Implant procedure.
In 2014, Haze qualified as a dental nurse whilst living in Bournemouth. She has recently relocated to Leicestershire and joined TG’s as Head Nurse in 2020. She likes to have a chat with patients and put them at ease.
Lee Ann gained her National Vocational Qualification Level 3 from Northampton University in 2005. Lee Ann has been a Dental Nurse for almost 26 years, having had a brief break to have her children.
Angela is a longstanding member of the TG’s Leicester practice team, with a wealth of experience in both dental nursing and reception. On leaving school aged 16, she took her first job in dental nursing. This led to a lifelong love of dentistry and a qualification in dental nursing.
